Total Body Circuit training
A 55 minute HIIT based class combining upper and lower body exercise offered every Monday and Friday for all levels.
Strength Training
A 55 minute strength training class using a combination of weights, bands and TRX designed to get you stronger and leaner. This class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday for all levels.
Conditioning and core
A 55 minute HIIT class combining cardio and core movements offered every Wednesday for all levels.
Team Workouts
A 60 minute strength and conditioning workout designed to take athletes to the next level. We offer these workouts in studio, outside or at your team’s facility.
